Reservoir is one of Melbourne's largest suburbs by population, built out mainly through the post-war decades with brick veneer and weatherboard homes on standard quarter-acre-style blocks, plus significant newer townhouse development.
The original housing is now at the age where several systems reach end of life at once: drainage, supply pipework and hot water, which is why Reservoir jobs often uncover a second issue while addressing the first.
